----Well I'm back on for a quickie.. I have been beatin myself up lately (mentally) with this new website I have going! I am by no means a master webbuilder or anything but I'm giving it my best! I have to do something.. we only have so much time here to do what we need to, and that is becoming more and more clear as the days tick by! I have yet another funeral to go to tomorrow, THANK YOU CANCER.. again!! (sarcasm, just in case ya didn't pick that up).. So I probably won't be posting anything on here tomorrow for obvious reasons.

, cuz like alot of people I'm sure, I'm sick of cancer taking people in my family, and friends!
----Well I am just gonna keep trying because for all I know I could have this disease and I really don't want to leave behind all of my work unfinished.. the time is now, so I am working my ass off trying to make something of myself, and I figure since I have at least a basic knowledge of how the internet works, I might as well try to put it to good use... see what happens with it!
----I have in the last year started to broaden my horizons with my artwork and figured I would like to see a bit more of the world, starting with America, since I live here and all I'd like to check it out! I also really would like to go and visit Ireland, Germany, France, Australia, and many other places, but those are just to name a few. So in order to do this I need to make some money...(quite a bit actually) and what better and more rewarding way to do it than by getting paid to do what I love to do....Artwork!! So I have decided to offer commissioned works such as murals, coat decoration, and eventually automotive airbrushing!! I haven't done too much auto detailing yet but I have been fortunate enough to do a couple murals and a few pieces on coats and stuff like that ... you can find some instances of my work HERE (if you go there and get a white page stating "STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION").. then yer quicker than I anticipated because as of right now while I am writing this the page is just that.. "UNDER CONSTRUCTION", but it will be up and running within the next couple of days (hopefully.. with the funeral and all)! There I am going to display (sadly only one for now) a picture of a mural that I did last summer for a local business and friend! Actually there will be a few pictures of this particular mural from different angles with and without me in them as well as some close-up views (detail) so people will be able to see what kind of service I am offering and my skill level. But I hope sometime this summer I will be able to get a picture of the coat I did for my brother some years ago and post that as well! But I will be offering these services around the country as long as the price is right due to travelling and boarding expenses, being a "Starving Artist"
and all I cannot afford to do this on my own budget... or lack there-of!
----So basically.. I have said what I intended to say here for now about my aspirations and dreams ... (at least partly) and maybe I will post more about them another time, .. who am I kidding I know I will eventually.. after all it's not gonna just come to me ..I have to promote myself! So with that said I bid you adoo (is that how it's spelled?) oh well... you get my drift! Catch ya around ... feel free to send some comments, I could always use some input (couldn't we all?) Let me know of any possible interests in mural work of anykind or just your thoughts on My Website where I am working on pricing my chainmaille jewelry, hemp necklaces and other hemp works, as well as prints of paintings and pictures I have completed (and coming soon, Dreamcatchers and framed poetry by me as well as other authors/poets). ----I have this feeling that this is going to be a short entry, but I felt like puting something on here! Things only happen when you put some effort into them right? I thought so too! I have been bustin ass on quite a few new drawings, I need to stick with just one at a time but damn it, it doesn't happen that way, does it?! Least not for me, but they are coming along pretty quickly... I've noticed I can focus alot better if I'm not drunk (go figure huh?!) Quitting smoking (or trying to) has been helping too .. Instead of wasting my time with cigarettes I have been concentrating on the pics... It's kinda cool... I probably won't quit all the way tho .. but its good to take a couple days off here and there right... ?
Well I don't have any new stuff uploaded as of right now ... may take a few days but I'm getting close with a few of them, so in the meantime I'll share another yet unfinished piece with you from my sketchbook which
I plan on getting back too as soon as I finish a couple of the ones that are closer to being done... Man I need to try to focus! If you could see the bottom of this one you would see I had marked a date I started this pic, which I think was in 2001 after I came back from Pennsylvania and had to start my portfolio over from scratch because I lost all of my previous artwork out there ..YES ALL OF IT!..(I totally forgot about alot of these new pictures because I got a new idea, then another, then another and so on trying to get back something to show anyone else in case an opportunity presented itself to make some cash doing what I love!).. So basically I have hundreds of pictures in my sketchbooks that are just like this one that I've started and haven't come back too often, so before I start anymore "in depth" sketches, I am going to finish all the pics I have started that I think have potential.
----This is what I mean haha.. I'll put another one on here and keep track of my progress ( this is kinda cool .. It's like my own little journal that everyone can give me input while I am writing ...hmm never thought bout it like that till now!)
I know alot of my work is pretty dark and twisted but I think creating something that has no possiblity to exist, or that is dark and mysterious has much more allure! Thats how I feel... and thats why I enjoy looking at the same style of work... and would LOVE to do some collaborations in that style and subject matter, so if this is read by anyone who is an artist or knows an artist who is willing to throw ideas in a blender all-the-while spilling them on a canvas or animation board, by all means hit me up! ----Well I'm here for another run of talks about things that have been floating around in my head... I sat down last night to watch some T.V. (late) and turned on PBS and got sucked into a NOVA program about the latest shuttle (Phoenix, Mars lander 2007) to be sent to take samples and search for signs of life on mars. I find it interesting to learn and keep learning about all of the advances NASA, like how the astronauts are now "twittering" from space! I mean come on ... isn't that crazy?!... Just a little bit even?! We are advancing so fast technologically, I just find it mind-boggling!
----I love most of the pictures from space, ...all the colors.. makes me feel like painting, too bad I haven't got the money or time half the time thats why I'm tryin to get this website goin and see if that can help out!!

----Tell me that doesn't make ya wanna use a few colorsand paint somethin', wether it's graffiti on some crackhouse in Detroit or a masterpiece that takes up a whole wall in a church in The Vatican!
----Some of you reading this might not get it or see what I am talking about but this picture here.....
....inspired a small portion of one of my paintings that I had just started on that was damaged in a flood toward the end of last summer. If you look in the top-rightish of it you will see where I had the beginning backdrop of shadow color (remember I was not going for an exact duplicate here, just the general feel, and I didn't get that far because of the flood... but I am going to finish this painting whether I have to repaint the whole thing or just paint over the molded ruined part of the animation board)

----That picture up there reminds me of my Astrological sign Pisces, so I might have to do something like it ... mainly the colors, ... well the red and purple anyways... and I'll probably make the brown cloudlike stuff ...shades of blues... I think that'd be sweet...

----Like I'm sure many of you Myspacers were and/or are, I was skeptical about all these new advertisements on how you could make thousands of dollars a week or a month, but the more I have researched into it, and the better I am getting at setting up sites and working with html and java, the better things are going financially! It really is possible to make a good living online, even though I am just starting out, I have made a little bit ... nothing crazy yet, but I am getting new Ideas all the time that are slowly paying off! All you have to do I be willing to learn and put in a little bit of work (for me it was a lot because I have been working on building my own art website from scratch) but I am sure that it is going to keep growing and hopefully it will eventually allow me to do nothing but work from my own home...
----The thing that got me started with all this was links I kept seeing on MySpace talking about "Learn how I make $5000 a month posting links on google!! It's not as easy as they make it sound ... but it is possible... and I am going to keep this blog going to try and let everyone know the progress. It takes a bit of work, but isn't working for yourself just that much better, and well worth putting in a bit of an effort.
----So ... I clicked on one of those links, followed the instructions, sent the $1.97 and initially I was sent to this site where you need a subscription after the "Free Trial" (which after reading the terms and conditions, I failed to see there would be a monthly fee charged to your credit card), and I had a feeling about that before I went to the site and submitted my information, so I used a "pre-paid" card with just enough left on it so they wouldn't be able to bill me after the fact hoping that I missed the fine print (which, like I said ..I did!), so I saved myself a headache there!
----Come to find out there were two or {maybe three...not positive} but I remember the 2 for certain! Grant Spring is one of the sites that they recommend you sign up to, because they have all kinds of information on how to apply for government grants of all kinds, from small business grants, to research grants, to personal grants, and around the spectrum from what I could tell (which is probably why you need to subscribe, because it would take you weeks to read and understand all the jargon they have posted! But I got a couple useful tips out of it.. I'm getting ready to start a business and I had been wondering how and if I could get a grant myself. Now that I have done a bit of research, I am going to be able to run it on the web as well as from my apartment. Once things take off a little better I was thinking about filling my pre-paid credit card back up and trying the second site they suggested you use because I think that site (from what I read about it) could be quite beneficial once you learn how to use it, but I'm not sure as of yet because I haven't tried it (the monthly fees are quite expensive ).
----Well I'm gonna call this good for now, but I will post more blogs about this stuff and many other subjects.. feel free to leave any suggestions about topics that you may be interested in!
